• Generating NTDU digital ID card

3. Data Storage & Security

All user data is stored securely on servers hosted via Hostinger. Passwords are encrypted using secure hashing (bcrypt). Sensitive documents are protected and not publicly accessible.

4. Data Sharing

NTDU does not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties. Data may be shared only when required by law or legal authorities.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. NTDU does not store card or UPI credentials on its servers.

6. QR Verification

The NTDU ID card contains a QR code. When scanned, it displays limited public verification details such as name, photo, NTDU ID, and membership status.

7. User Rights

Users can update their profile photo and password at any time. Document changes require admin review and approval.

8. Consent

By signing up or using NTDU services, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information as described.

9. Changes to Policy

NTDU reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
