Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NTDU membership system and services.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to truck drivers and related professionals. NTDU reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application.

2. User Types

• Normal Users: Must pay signup fee and monthly membership fee.
• Admin-Created Users: Signup fee is not required, but monthly fee applies.

3. Fees & Payments

• Signup Fee (Normal Users): ₹100
• Monthly Membership Fee: ₹50
• Platform Fee: ₹2 per successful transaction

All payments are non-refundable.

4. Monthly Dues & Penalties

Membership operates on a 30-day cycle. Late payments attract penalties as per NTDU rules. Failure to pay may result in account deactivation.

5. Admin Approval

NTDU ID cards are issued only after admin approval. Incomplete or incorrect documents may delay or deny approval.

6. Digital ID Card

The NTDU digital ID card is for official identification purposes only. Any misuse, duplication, or tampering will result in account termination.

7. Account Deactivation

NTDU reserves the right to deactivate accounts for:

• False information
• Non-payment of dues
• Violation of union rules
• Misuse of ID card

8. Platform Wallet

Platform wallet and withdrawals are managed exclusively by the platform owner. Users have no claim over platform fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

NTDU shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Modifications

NTDU may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
